PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion, the peeling of glass adhesive resin layers and the deterioration of the efficiency of a solar cell by a method wherein an adhesive resin is heat-bonded on both surfaces of a metal substrate and a rear protective sheet with a weather-resistant resin film laminated thereon is used on the surface on one side. CONSTITUTION:A heatproof and weatherproof resin film 11 is provided for giving a heat press wokability as a rear protective sheet and a resin film, which is not deteriorated by the sunlight, rainfall and so on even in outdoor exposure conditions at the time it is actuaflly used as a solar cell, is used. A metal foil 14 is provided for preventing the fact that moisture intrudes from the exterior of a solar cell module to the interior and a solar cell element and parts of the internal wiring and so on are deteriorated. Resins 13 and 15 are thermally adhered to the metal layer 14 at temperatures less than 150 deg.C and desirably at temperatures of 120 deg.C or less. In this way, a sheet, whereon a metal plate or the metal foil and the weather resistant film are firmly laminated so that a peeling due to salt is never generated, can be obtained and the sheet is useful as a rear protective sheet for solar cell modules to be used on sea or at seashores. |
