<p>PURPOSE:To enable the good control of drag torque pertinent for the torque characteristics of a clutch by providing a means for regulating the control element of clutch torque via the function of the number of engine vibrations at the input side and giving a predetermined and uniform drag torque. CONSTITUTION:When the speed of a vehicle has reached a predetermined value in a speed reduction stage within the D-range with an accel released, an operation mode changes to a drag mode according to a drag mode judgement part 40 in a drag mode current setting part and a zero current I0 runs at a setting part 41, thereby releasing a clutch. Thereafter, when the speed has been changed down to a certain level, a drag mode current computing part 42 causes a drag current to flow. This current is calculated on the basis of a certain characteristic point for the number of engine revolutions and becomes a predetermined constant value. According to the aforesaid constitution, uniform drag torque is given, thereby enabling drag torque control suitable for the torque characteristics of the clutch.</p> |
