PURPOSE:To make the inside of a heating chamber easy to use and raise its heating performance by minutely corrugating the inside surface of a metal wall face which faces the heat generating body of a heating chamber and forming a heat resistant non-metallic film on those convex and concave faces. CONSTITUTION:The upper face and lower face of a coil frame 25 are provided with an insulation plate 29 which is constituted of a heat resistant insulation materials such as mica, etc. and a heat generating body 26 is inserted between the upper and lower faces of the coil frame. A press plate 30 made of metal is provided on the upper face of the insulation plate 29, and the plate is fixed to the main body of a heating chamber 32. The wall face of the heating chamber which faces a heat generating body 26 is constituted of metal plates, and on its inside surface a non-metallic film layer 34 such as ceramic paint which is highly heat-resistant is formed. On the inner wall face 36 of the heating chamber wall face 35 minute corrugation is formed by hair line working, etc. and the non-metallic film 37 is formed also on those convex and concave faces.
