PURPOSE:To enable quantitative determination without diluting a specimen by adding a free antihuman beta2-microglobulin antibody to a reaction system. CONSTITUTION:The antihuman beta2-microglobulin antibody (free antihuman beta2- microglobulin antibody) which is not labeled or is not made to a solid phase is added to a measuring system of a latex agglutination method, etc., and a measurement is made in an immunological measurement method for the beta2- microglobulin antibody by using the antihuman beta2-microglobulin antibody. The human beta2-microglobulin antibody in blod and urine is thereby quantitatively determined without affecting the specificness of reaction.
