发明名称 METHOD FOR RELEASING GLASS MOLD FROM PLASTIC MOLDED ARTICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To release a closely adhered article while preventing generation of damage or a crack, by injecting two or more liquids having pressure and temperatures different from each other to the closely adhered article. CONSTITUTION:Liquids having temp. difference of 50-80 deg.C and pressure of 10-500kg/cm<2> are injected to a closely adhered article consisting of a plastic molded article 2 and a glass mold 1. By this method, the pressure of the liquids acts as a wedge action and, at the same time, quenching action is promoted by the use of two or more liquids having temp. difference to make it possible to release the closely adhered article. Further, by using Fron having a good quick drying property, the surfaces of the molded article and the glass molds are not attacked. Thus, by using two or more liquids having temp. difference and pressure, the closely adhered article can be easily released without imparting injury, cracking or damage to the plastic molded article and the glass mold.
