发明名称 DRIVING FORCE CONTROL DEVICE FOR FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make correction for an effective diameter difference between front and rear wheels without any loss of a driving force by providing a means for making judgement as to whether the peripheral speed relation of said wheels is outside of a predetermined range and increasing a driving force distribution ratio for a wheel having a lower peripheral speed, when the relation is outside of the predetermined range. CONSTITUTION:According to the effective diameter ratio of front wheel to rear wheel calculated by an effective diameter ratio operation means M3, and a value detected by a rotary condition detecting means M2, a peripheral speed relation operation means M4 computes the peripheral speed relation of front and rear wheels. Then, when the relation has been judged to be outside of a predetermined range by a judgement means M5, a control means M6 outputs an instruction to a driving force distribution means M1 for increasing a driving force distribution ratio for a wheel having a lower peripheral speed. According to the aforesaid constitution, a driving force is pertinently distributed to each wheel, regardless of an effective diameter difference, if any, between the front and the rear wheels, thereby materializing four-wheel driving efficiently at all times.
