PURPOSE:To obtain a communication equipment applying sophisticated processing comparatively easily by providing a memory means in which bit location data selected by the output of a shift register and e counter is sent to its serial output terminal. CONSTITUTION:The major part consists of a 4-bit constant level circulating shift register 100 receiving a sent clock via a serial clock terminal 10, a 2-bit counter 105 counting the number of times of circulation of the shift register 100 and a random access memory 300 receiving parallel data from a data bus 200 of a microprocessor and receiving data of bit position decoded by the output of the shift register 100 and the counter 150 at its serial output terminal 20. Thus, the communication equipment with simple constitution and rich in general- purpose application is obtained.
