PURPOSE:To easily and momently solder an electric conductor and a conductor in case of connection by forming the electric conductor, to which the conductor like a winding is connected, on one face of a ceramic magnetic head substrate and preliminarily coating the surface of the connection part of the electric conductor with a solder layer. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic materials are formed into a raw shape of the magnetic head substrate by press forming and are sintered to obtain an intermediate article 7. A through hole 8 for attachment to a rotary cylinder 2 is formed in the center part of the intermediate article 7, and a forked projecting part 9 for attachment of a core 5 is formed in the front end. The lower face of the intermediate article 7 is ground or polished to attain a prescribed degree of flatness, and an electric conductor 10 and an insulating part 11 are formed on the upper face after the upper face is ground or left heated. A solder paste 12 is coated on the surface of the conductor 10 by screen printing or the like and is dried to eliminate a solvent in the paste and is put in a reflow furnace 14, and a solder layer 15 covering the exposed part of the electric conductor is formed on one face of a magnetic head substrate 3. |
