PURPOSE:To enable fine control of air flow by providing means for gradually increasing the air flow of a fan and varying the gradient of gradual increase of air flow according to a detected inside temperature, the sunshine and a detected cooling air temperature. CONSTITUTION:A decision means 9 detects the time for starting the cooling, and a gradually increasing means 10 produces an output for gradually increasing the air flow of a fan 1. Until the air flow of the fan determined by said output reaches to the air flow of the fan 1 determined by a control means 8 under automatic control, the air flow is controlled by a selection means 11 based upon the output from the gradually increasing means 10. The gradient of the gradual increase of the air flow determined by the gradually increasing means 10 is varied by a varying means 12 based upon a detected inside temperature, a detected sunshine and a detected cooling air temperature. Since the time necessary for reaching to an air flow determined through an automatic control is varied based upon the sunshine, the inside temperature and the supply air temperature, a fine air flow control can be realized.
