PURPOSE:To obtain a sure sealing effect by providing a rotary shaft with an air feed tube function and blowing part of the air flowing therethrough to a gap formed between the rotary shaft and a through hole so that ashes may not get into the gap. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 5 has at its top several radial arms 6 with agitation members 7 extending downward. All of them are made of tubes which mutually communicate. The rotary shaft 5 is connected to a blower 8, and each of the agitation members 7 has an air outlet so that the air may be blown to materials to be incinerated for their efficient incineration as they are agitated. The rotary shaft 5 is drilled with a blow hole 9 to blow the air into a gap between the rotary shaft 5 and a through hole 5 and to the interior of the furnace so that ashes may not get into the gap.
