PURPOSE:To correctly and efficiently supervise the condition of a load by executing the transmission of a condition confirming signal from control equipment only to the opponent station address set by an opponent station address setting means only at the time of the usual mode to supervise the condition of the load connected to the terminal equipment at the time of turning on an electric power source and at the time of selecting a mode. CONSTITUTION:When an action mode changing-over switch 19 is changed-over to a usual mode side and when the action mode changing over switch 19 is already changed over to the usual mode, control equipment 11 is connected to a commercial electric power line 10 and the electric power source is turned on, a control means 16 of the control equipment 11 transmits a condition confirming signal through a communicating means 15 successively to the commercial electric power line 10 only to the opponent station address stored in an opponent station address memory means 18. Further, the control means 16 of the control equipment 11 receives the condition signal of a load 13 from terminal equipment 12 returned to this through a control device 15 and displays the condition at a video displaying device 14. When the condition signal that the condition of the load 13 connected from the terminal equipment 12 is shanged is received, the condition is also displayed at the video displaying device 14.
