PURPOSE:To transmit a communication-reserved telegram to an opponent without fail by generating an alarm sound, accelerating an attention and preventing the interruption of an electric power source unintentionally for a prescribed time to the turning-off operation of an erroneous electric power source switch of an operator. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch 1 is made into an ON condition, a CONT signal to hold an electric power source to an electric power source part 4 is outputted. When the main switch 1 is from the ON condition to an OFF condition, a switch detecting part 2 detects that the main switch 1 is made into the OFF condition, and when the reservation to be transmitted to a prescribed opponent is executed to a reservation control part 5, an alarm sound is outputted for a prescribed time, and the turning-off of the CONT signal to inform the electric power source part 4 and hold the electric power source is temporarily reserved. While the alarm sound is outputted, when the main switch 1 is made into the ON condition again, an alarm sound outputting part 3 stops the output of the alarm sound and stops the turning-off of the reserved CONT signal. Thus, the interruption of the electric power source by the OFF of the main switch 1 due to the error of the operator is avoided.
