PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture by containing a piezoelectric vibration element in a cylindrical case, applying ultraviolet ray curing conductive paste to one end of the cylindrical case, irradiating an ultraviolet ray to apply tentative curing and covering the cap to both ends and baking the paste. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical case 2 is fixed to a prescribed mount base and the piezoelectric vibration element 1 is inserted to almost the center of the cylindrical case 2. An ultraviolet ray curing type conductive paste 3a to the opening at the end of the cylindrical case 2 to fill the opening and the ultraviolet ray is projected for a prescribed time to the applied ultraviolet ray curing conductive paste to bring the raste into the tentative curing state 3b. The cap 4 is covered to both ends of the cylindrical case 2, the entire part is heated to bake the conductive paste thereby integrating the element 1 with the cap 4.
