PURPOSE:To reduce noise and prevent parts, etc., from cracking, compared with a conventional vibrating conveyor allowing the parts, etc., to be transferred by a vibration produced obliquely to a floor surface, by enabling the parts, etc., to be transferred by vibrating a trough in parallel to its floor surface. CONSTITUTION:The captioned conveyor is constructed by a trough 14 supported so as to be able to reciprocate and linearly extending, a driving rod 30 extending in parallel to the trough 14 and connnected to the trough 14, and a reciprocating motion driving part 13 equipped with a lever crank mechanism formed by a shortest driver link 46, a fixed link (a part between shafts 45, 59 corresponds to this), a driven link 54, and an intermediate link 50. The reciprocating motion of the driven link 54 obtained by subjecting this driver link 46 to equal speed rotation is transmitted to the driving rod 30. This vibrating conveyor is capable of transferring the parts, etc., by vibrating the trough in parallel to the floor surface thereof, so that it is possible to reduce any noise and prevent the cracking of the parts, etc. enabling a higher transferring speed as compared with a conventional vibrating conveyor where parts, etc., are transferred by making use of an oblique vibration with respect to the floor surface. |
