<p>PURPOSE:To output an excellent image all the time by coupling a part of a guide member with a positioning member which is provided on the side of the support member of an image carrier with good position accuracy in a specific position with the image carrier. CONSTITUTION:A transfer material is guided by a guide member 24, fed to a photosensitive drum 1, and then guided into the transfer part between the photosensitive drum 1 and an electrostatic discharger 11 for transfer. The guide members 24 are provided with arm plates 26 on the rear side, inner side, and front side, and long-sized holes 26a are bored in the arm plates 26, which engage the shaft 23a of the lower roller of a resist roller couple 23. A notching long hole part 30 for positioning which is in engagement/disengagement relation with a positioning roll 27 on the side of the guide member 24 is positioned in accurate specific position relation with the drum center 1a of the photosensitive drum 1 incorporated in a process cartridge K. Consequently, the transfer guide member is easily and accurately arranged in specific position relation and an excellent image is obtained.</p> |
