PURPOSE:To simplify a structure of a mold and a processing thereof thereby to reduce a processing cost and a processing time, by providing clamp devices each consisting of a hydraulic cylinder and a slide push roll to an intermediate plate on both left and right sides thereof to performing the clamping of a slide plate immediately before the completion of claming. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic cylinders 17, 17' are fixed to an intermediate plate 6 on both left and right sides thereof and piston levers 18, 18' are connected to the slide push rolls 19, 19' mounted to the left and right parts of the intermediate plate in a freely slidable manner and the leading ends of the slide push rolls 19, 19' are opposed to the slide plates 13a, 13b of a mold. The opening and closing of the mold is performed by the movement of a movable side die plate 5. At this time, the plates 13a, 13b are opened in left and right directions by the inclined guide pins 12a, 12b fixed to a fixed side mold plate 12. Immediately before the clamping of the mold is completed, the slide push rolls 19, 19' are operated by the hydraulic cylinder 17, 17' fixed to the plate 16 on both left and right sides thereof to perform the clamping of the plates 13a, 13b. Therefore, the structure of the slide mold can be simplified and processing can be facilitated.
