PURPOSE:To perform high speed driving of an image sensor and to prevent occurrence of variance of output voltage in each bit by making a driving circuit IC and uniformizing the length of wiring between an optical sensor element in each dot and the IC circuit. CONSTITUTION:At the time of providing a selector switch S-SW in an output side of each optical sensor element S of an image sensor through a reset switch R-SW and an operational amplifier OP-AMP 1 of voltage follower type, all of the reset switch R-SW, operational amplifier OP-AMP 1 of voltage follower type and the selector switch S-SW are made to thin film IC by TFT (thin film transistor) constitution and mounted on an image sensor substrate to place the operational amplifier OP-AMP 1 very close to the output terminal of the optical sensor element S, and at the same time, the length of wiring between the optical sensor element S in each dot is made equal.
