PURPOSE:To obtain a makeup cosmetic smoothly spreadable on skin, giving refreshing feeling to the skin and forming durable makeup, by using a specific organic silicone resin and adding powder to the resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective makeup cosmetic (e.g. solid foundation, solid eyeshadow, oily foundation, lipstick, emulsified foundation, etc.) contains (a) 1-70wt% organic silicone resin composed of the unit of formula (R is 1-6C hydrocarbon group or phenyl) and SiO2 unit accounting for >=70% of the resin in total at a molar ratio (ratio of the unit of formula to SiO2) of (0.5-1.5)/1 and (B) 0.5-55wt% powder (e.g. kaolin, titanium dioxide, red iron oxide, etc.). EFFECT:It has high water-resistance, perspiration resistance and oil resistance, gives highly durable makeup and has excellent stability. |
