PURPOSE:To attain the accurate display of the state of an equipment while interlocking with the operation of a remote control device by adding a remote control discrimination code for indicating a remote control device that outputs an operation signal to the main body of the equipment to a status signal as information transmitted to plural remote control devices from the main body of the equipment. CONSTITUTION:When an operating device 8a is operated by a remote controlling device A7a, a status indicator 9a displays ON and an on operation signal (a) is transmitted to the communication control means 3 of the main body 1, and the operation of an equipment control means 2 is turned on by the signal (b), and an on state signal (c) is transmitted to remote control devices A7a, B7b as signals (d), (e) through the communication control means 3. When the operating device is operated OFF before the signal (d) arrives at the remote control device A7a, the status indicator 9a becomes OFF indication, and an OFF operation signal (f) is transmitted to the main body 1 of the equipment. Thereafter, even if the ON state signal (d) comes in, the status indicator 9a remains OFF indication since the remote control discrimination code is 'O', and itself is an operation remote control device. Since the remote control device B7b itself is not an operation remote control device, the status indicator 9b changes from OFF indication to on indication according to the content of the ON state signal.
