PURPOSE:To supply powder and grain with a specific amount rate by connecting a specified reverse V-shaped pipe to the lower side wall of a transit pipe connected directly to the bottom end of a hopper and providing a dispersing plate dispersing an introducing gas to the inside bottom part of the transit pipe below the place where the V-shaped pipe is connected. CONSTITUTION:The powder 13a is supplied to the hopper 1, and the powder 13a in the hopper 1 is introduced to the lower part of the transit pipe 3 by the gas dispersing plate 5. That is, the powders 13c in the lower inside part of the transit pipe 3 and the powders 13d in the reverse V-shaped pipe 6 are fluidized. By this fluidization, the frictional resistance between the powders 13c, 13d and the pipe walls is reduced, and the powders 13c are easily streamed down in the transit pipe 3, and transferred to a powder transporting device 7 through the reverse V-shaped pipe 6. The moving velocity and the amount of the powders 13c streaming down is detected by an optical transmitting and receiving device 8a, 8b and the gas flow rate is controlled by a flow rate control valve 12, and the powders 13d are transferred with a specific amount rate. The reverse V-shaped pipe is formed in such a shape that is stretched upward from a horizontal part and then vertically bent downward. |
