PURPOSE:To automatically execute a terminal processing of a wire by holding the winding start end and the winding end terminal of the wire which has been wound and attached to a part to be wound and attached, allowing the wire to bring into contact with a pad, and fixing the wire to the pad by soldering, etc. CONSTITUTION:A winding start end 4a and a winding end terminal 4b of a wire 4 which has been wound and attached to a head chip 3 of a magnetic head body 1 are held by a holding member 13, and joined and held by pads 7a, 7b.
