摘要 |
PURPOSE:To keep a printed circuit board itself from causing natural oscillation at a vibration test thereof, by interposing an air tube on a contact surface between a pressing tool and the printed circuit board to accomplish a contact therebetween without gap with the forcing of air thereinto. CONSTITUTION:A pressing tool 10 with the length almost the same as a side length of a printed circuit board 1 employs a channel material with a U-shaped cross section and is fixed on a rotating shaft 7 so that the top of the side 10-1 comes in contact with the periphery of the printed circuit board 1. A groove 10-2 is cut in a contact surface between the pressing tool and the printed circuit board 1 and an air tube 11 is fitted thereinto. As a drive lever 12 turns the rotating shaft 7 in the direction of the arrow A by the action of an air cylinder 13, the pressing tool 10 presses the printed circuit board 1. With this, an air of an air sack 15 compressed with a pressing plate 14 is forced into an air tube 11 through a link pipe 16 to get the tube 11 tight on the pressing tool 10 and the printed circuit board 1.
