PURPOSE:To enable to deaerate the drain without consuming the heat such as recovered heat and the like by a simple structure wherein a deaeration piping to lead the drain, which necessitate the deaeration treatment, of a heating service apparatus to the final stage of a multi-stage flusher in order to flush in a waste heat recovery device to supply the heat to the heating service apparatus and the like. CONSTITUTION:Feed water (a) pressurized by a feed water pump 16 is preheated by a feed water preheater 2, which absorbs the outside heat and the like of a diesel engine 1 as well as the energy of air at the delivery side of a supercharger 3, and turned into preheated feed water (ai). Further, the preheated feed water (a1) turns into saturated hot water (a2) by recovering the heat of exhaust gas (b) and simultaneously the saturated hot water (a2) separates steam in multiple stages in a multi-stage flusher 6. The major part of the separated steams drive a steam turbine 7 and rotate a generator 8 and at the same time its parts is supplied to a heating service apparatus 11. The drain developed at the heating service apparatus 11 is led to the final stage 6a of the multi-stage flusher 6 in order to flush therein. |
