发明名称 METHOD AND MECHANISM FOR FIXING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To keep a printed circuit board itself from causing natural oscillation at a vibration test thereof, by performing a point pressing by an independent pressing force at several points arranged at fixed intervals along all four sides of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:Four rotating shaft 12 which are driven to rotate through a link of a gear 18 using one air cylinder 17 are provided on the circumference of a printed circuit board 1 and pressing elements 10 each having a spring 13 for pressing the printed circuit board 1 are arranged on each of the rotating shafts 12 at fixed intervals. When the rotating shaft 12 turn and stops at respective fixed positions, all the pressing elements 10 press the printed circuit board 1 at points independently by a spring force. Thus, as pressing forces of the pressing elements 10 are independent of one another, there generate no clearance between the printed circuit board 1 and the pressing elements 10 regardless any gap a' between the printed circuit board 1 and the sponge 9, thereby keeping the printed circuit board 1 from developing natural oscillation.
