PURPOSE:To perform carbon coating process with good workability by moving a connection member with free expansion and contraction in the axial direction, expanding a joint between a funnel and a neck, closing the joint, and spraying conductive material from the lower part of the funnel. CONSTITUTION:A mask means 13 that mounts a connector member which expands by supplying gas such as air and contracts by removing air, for example, the connector material 11 such as rubber balloon on the tip of a pipe 12. Then such a positional relationship as the connector member 11 can reach the joint between a funnel 5 and a neck 4 is kept by arranging this connector member 11 in contraction status and moving the funnel 5 integrated with the neck 4 downward. When air is supplied from a pipe 12 in this status, the expanded connector 11 closes the joint between the funnel 5 and the neck 4. Then, while carbon is being sprayed from a spraying gun, the spraying gun is deflected, the inner surface 9 of the funnel 5 is coated with carbon. |
