PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of blow-holes, improve the moisture resistance and the mechanical strength, and make positioning easy, by constituting an adhesive agent layer fixing a cap to a dam so as to be in a bent form. CONSTITUTION:A dam 7 whose upper right half part is cut off has a L-shape cross-section, and is used to prevent the flow of silicone gel 9. A layer of adhesive agent 11 of silicone rubber adhesive agent is arranged between the dam 7 and a cap 10. By making the layer of adhesive agent 11 in the L-shaped bent form, it is possible to prevent voids which penetrate from the side of a cavity 13 to the outside of a package even if the inner pressure of the heated cavity 13 rises. As the result, generation of blowholes can be prevented. Further, the cap 10 is inserted into the dam 7 and fixed, so that positioning is facilitated, movement is prevented, and mechanical strength is improved.
