PURPOSE:To make a blade attachable to a turning shaft in an easy manner, by forming a movable rib in a spinner, forming a joint with the blade into a tubular form, in a fitting boss part central direction, and fitting a coil spring, pressing the rib to the turning shaft, in the rib periphery. CONSTITUTION:A spinner 9 is provided with a fitting boss part 6 to be fitted in a main turning shaft 1. A joint 7 of this fitting boss part 6 with a blade 5 is formed into a tubular form, while three ribs 8 being free of movement in the fitting boss part central direction are formed in other parts. And, a coil spring 10, pressing the rib 8 to the main turning shaft 1, is fitted in a peripheral part of the rib 8. With this constitution, the blade 5 is inserted into the main turning shaft 1 so as to cause a fitting concave part 4 to be joined with a pin 2, then only the spinner 9 is fitted in the main turning shaft 1, the spinner 9 can be clamped onto the main turning shaft, thus slip-stop of the blade is easily performable.
