PURPOSE:To allocate plural logical terminals to the same control terminal and to contrive the convenience for many kinds of service function processing by eliminating a trouble for changing registration even when addition and alteration occur on the kind of terminals and circuits by providing logical terminals to a control terminal and allowing the connection controlling device of an exchange to allocate time slot through the logical terminals. CONSTITUTION:A time switch 12 has at least one bus and time slot on the bus is allocated to a logical terminal 13 together with a control terminal obtained from control terminal information by the control of a connection control device 14. Allocating process of the connection control device 14 is executed by writing and storing control terminal information and time slot information in a logical terminal table 16 included in a memory device 15 at every logical terminal. Status information of the connection circuits is recorded in the logical terminal table 16 and used for the connection control of the connection control device 14. For instance, since the logical terminal 1 is using the same time slot 131 with record in the storage area space of a logical terminal 5, it is indicated that communication is made between control terminals 22-1 and 34-1 from the record in control terminal storage area.
