PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a ceramic green sheet and to almost prevent the shrinkage of the sheet by forming a projection engaged with a through hole of the sheet and many through holes between the projections on the main surface of a plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of projections 2a, 2b are formed on a main surface of an aluminum plate, many through holes 3 are formed between the projections, and Teflon is coated on the surface. The heights of the projections 2a, 2b are substantially equal to the thickness of a ceramic green sheet 4, and the adjacent interval is approx. 20-100mm.. A plate 1 has 1-3mm. thick, a rectangular shape of approx. 100mm., and holes 3 of 1-3mm. of diameter and an interval of approx. 30-70mm.. The sheet 4 is placed on the plate 1, holes 5 are engaged with the projections 2a, 2b, set on a table 6, and evacuated in vacuum. In this case, the sheet 4 is not almost moved, thereby facilitating the positioning of the sheet and eliminating the shrinkage of the sheet to improve the handling property of the sheet at the printing and drying time. |
