摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter completely free from cracks by constituting the color filter of a hollow part and cut patterns formed between respective pattern peripheries. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral parts 12 are formed around a color filter mosaic part 11 and the cut parts 13 are formed between respective peripheral parts 12. Thereby stress generated on the peripheral parts 12 can be dispersed by forming the cut parts 13. Consequently, the generation of cracks can be completely removed.
