PURPOSE:To rationally carry out cleaning of a blower and cooling of a motor of the same by disposing a switching member which carries out switching of the outlet side communicating port of a ventilation path and further disposing a cleaning nozzle toward a fan. CONSTITUTION:A detergent making contact with the center of rotation of a fan 2 is scattered uniformly to a fan vane part 42, and vigorously springs out to the inner side wall 43 of a fan casing 20 by the centrifugal force. As a result, it is possible to enhance the cleaning effect. However, although a switching member 30 mounted on a motor ratating shaft 28 is free to rotate through a bearing, 31 the member 30 rotates in the same direction in accordance with the rotation (shown by arrow 44) and comes to a stop at a position defined by a projection 34-a, that is, in a state where a communication port 37 is blocked. Next, at the time of blasting since the motor 22 rotates in a direction (shown by arrow 45) reverse to that at the time of cleaning, the switching member 30 rotates in the same direction, and stops at a position defined by a projection 34-b, that is, in a state where the communication port 27 is opened.
