PURPOSE:To permit the correct and speedy cleaning by installing a cylinder device for adjusting the quantity of eccentricity and the pushing force of a grinding part which performs planetary movement in rotation. CONSTITUTION:The captioned device is equipped with a grinder device 12 having a grinding part 11 which can perform the planetary movement for a grinder installation body 10 and a driving body 23 which revolves the grinding part 11 around the axis center. Further, a switch arm 22 which swings on the plane crossing with the turning axis center of the installation body 10 is installed, and a cylinder device for adjusting the quantity of eccentricity and the pushing force of the grinding part 11 is installed, pivotally supporting one edge onto the installation body 10, and the other edge onto the swing arm 22. Therefore, the shell adhering onto the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a pushing tool 5 can be cleaned over the whole surface uniformly and smoothly, economizing man-hour, even if the size is various.
