PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost, light-weight and compact motor of high efficiency by placing electrets in a space between electrodes, and by applying pulse in order between the electrode plates. CONSTITUTION:Between electrode plates 1 for two stators divided into four in a circular shape and arranged, electrets 2 for rotors made of fluororesin or the like divided into four in a circular shape and arranged are arranged with the axis of a rotary shaft 3. By applying pulse voltage applied to the electrode plates 1, in the rotational direction of the rotors in order permitting the time to lag, the rotors are rotationally moved in pulse shape.
