PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily manufacture a bonded matter of a frame plate and foaming urethane at a low cost by a method wherein a vacuum- molded frame plate in a wood form box is supported by a form from one side, the profile of which mates with that of the frame plate, then foaming urethane is poured in the other side of the frame plate, and finally the form is removed. CONSTITUTION:A frame plate 1 having a desired profile is vacuum-molded and fitted in close contact with a form 2 having a profile same as that of the frame plate so as to pour foaming urethane 3 in the side opposite to the form 2. The above-mentioned operations are done in the interior of one box A and the like. By taking out of the box and removing the form 2, a hardware protective case having the frame plate 1 bonded to the foamed urethane 3 is produced within the box A. The form 2 prevents the frame plate from being deformed by the pressure of the foaming urethane 3 poured in the box A. |
