This jewel comprises an annular band 1, two caps 3, 4 each covering one end of the said band and flat rings 2 slipped onto this band 1 and contiguous with the two caps. The annular band 1 comprises, towards one end, an oblong recess 6 having an axis substantially parallel to that of the said band. That 3 of the caps which is located at the end comprising the oblong recess 6 comprises an inner small plate 7 and an outer small plate 8 which are arranged on either side of the said annular band 1, the outer small plate 8 bearing, on one of its edges, a hooking ring 9; these small plates 7 and 8 are each perforated with a hole 10, the two holes 10 being coaxial and interacting with a rod 11 so that the rod passes through the holes 10 and the oblong recess 6 and thus forms a movement (clearance) stop. This jewel also comprises a helical spring 12, one end of which is integral with the hooking ring 9 and the other end of which is fixed at a point of the said annular band 1 which is located between the said oblong recess 6 and the other cap 4. <IMAGE>
