PURPOSE:To miniaturize a casing, by accommodating a check valve and a safety valve in the same valve hole of the casing. CONSTITUTION:A second valve hole 62 is bored on a casing 35, and accommodates a check valve 58 comprising a valve cylinder 105, a main valve 106, a sub valve 107 and a valve spring 108 to energize the sub valve 107 in its closing direction, and in addition to the said valve 58, a safety valve 60 comprising a partition member 118, a hollow bolt 119, a screw plug 120, a ball valve 122, a retainer 123 and a valve spring 124 to energize the ball valve 122 in its closing direction. The check valve 58 and the safety valve 60 can be therefore accommodated in the second valve hole 62 of the casing 35 without damaging their original functions. Thus the casing 35 can be miniaturized.
