PURPOSE:Roving prepreg having improved loosening properties, wherein a silicone resin, etc., exist only on the surface, obtained by applying the silicone resin, etc., by solventless method on the surface of roving prepreg obtained by impregnating a fiber bundle with a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A fiber bundle is immersed in a reaction solution obtained by dissolving a thermosetting resin (preferably an epoxy resin), a curing agent, a curing promoter, a viscosity modifier, etc., in a solvent, impregnated and dried to give thermosetting resin impregnated roving prepreg and the surface of the prepreg is provided with 0.1-1.5wt%, preferably 0.2-1wt% based on the roving prepreg of one or more o a silicone resin, a silicone oil (preferably one having methoxy group or OH group on the end) and vaseline by solventless method, preferably roller transfer method to produce reving prepreg having low adhesivity wherein the silicone resin, etc., exist only on the surface. |
