PURPOSE:To open/close a port under a light load by providing a snap-action lever in a pilot chamber and opening/closing the snap-action lever through a seal member by means of a thermo section arranged at a communication opening section. CONSTITUTION:A lower chamber 28 communicating to an upper chamber 27 and a pilot chamber 33 is provided at the upper and lower sections of a diaphragm 25. A snap-action lever 36 for opening/closing a pilot port 34 is provided in the pilot chamber 33 while a thermo section 35 for opening/closing the snap- action lever 36 is provided at an opening section 38 through a seal member 39. Consequently, the pilot port 34 can be opened/closed under a light load.
