PURPOSE:To make it possible to control flow passage resistance in an actuator according to its functioning state, by enabling flow passage resistance in a pilot operating member to vary by making the said member function. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 33 is formed on the one side of a spool 17 in its axial direction. Communicating holes 34, 35 opening into a third annular groove 21 are penetrated the said hole 33, in which a pilot operating member 36 is assembled. Thus, the functioning of the pilot operating member 36 can vary flow passage resistance in it. The flow passage resistance in an actuator S can be therefore controlled according to its functioning state.
