PURPOSE:To machine a work at the proper position by fixing a camera, moving a work table and observing an actual state of the work to perform the subsequent machining. CONSTITUTION:The table 101 is supported by mobile floors TX and TY situated thereunder and the under surface of the work W is provided with one floor surface TX or TY at least on its under surface in the overall mobile area. As an example, the camera 105 is provided to a portal frame 103 supporting a machining head. Since each position of the work W can be corresponded to the machining head by moving the mobile floors TX and TY, the prescribed position of the whole top of the work W can be picked up on image at the position close to the machining head. Accordingly, since the work surface is observed using the camera and the subsequent machining can be performed at the proper position, the finished accuracy of a laser is especially improved. |
