PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts such as heat insulating members and the like, to improve assembling workability and a serviceability for exchange or the like of a horizontal air flow direction deflecting vane, by integrally forming a suction bellmouth, an air channel part and a blow-off port by providing a fixing tool having a prependicular planar part at a boss hole inserted into holes provided on both upper and lower surfaces of a blow-off port. CONSTITUTION:A casing lower part 27 having a part of a blow-off part for guiding an air flow blown off from a sirocco fan to the blow-off port 6 of a front surface grill 21, another blow-off part for guiding the air flow to the blow-off port 6 of the front surface grill 2, and a casing upper part 28 having a function of a top surface wall of an evaporator 24 are formed into an integral body by means of a foaming member. Horizontal air flow deflection vanes 30 and 31 are fitted in the casing upper parts 28 and 27 rotatably by means of a fixing tool 32. Since parts such as a heat insulating material and the like can be reduced and further the air channel or the like is divided into two, upper and lower, parts, it is sufficient for the exchange of horizontal air flow direction deflecting vanes 30 and 31 to remove only the upper air channel, and hence the serviceability is improved. |
