PURPOSE:To entirely eliminate cold shuts and internal blow holes and to cast an excellent product by pouring a molten aluminum alloy continuously into a mold so as to laminate the same successively onto a molten metal poured into the mold at the speed synchronized with the solidifying rate of the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:Confinement of foam into the boundary face between the solidified metal of the molten and the inside peripheral face of the mold or into the solidified metal is obviated it the molten metal is poured into the mold so as to be laminated successively to the solidified metal formed in the mold. The defect-less product is, therefore, obtd. The product having the uniform crystal structure is obtd.; in addition, the product has substantial strength and elongation. The casting of an aluminum alloy having a difficultly castable compsn. is also possible.
