PURPOSE:To make it possible to effectively promote mixing over a wide flow rate zone by providing a stirring plate on which a plurality of surfaces having a plurality of opening are substantially opposed to each other, between a hot water and water mixing valve and a mixed hot water temperature detector. CONSTITUTION:Hot water and water which have started to flow are subjected to rapidly shrinkage and rapid expansion by faces 22 and 23 and disturbance as the flow thereof is made large, and are divided finely through holes 30. Furthermore, hot water and water which have been divided finely and ejected from faces 22 and 23 are brought into collision with each other, thus carrying out mixing of hot water and water. Therefore, when a state 31 where stirring plate 21 is not attached, a state 32 where the stirring plate 21 is attached and a state 33 where the stirring plate 21 is used, are compared with each other, the variation in the temperature of mixed hot water in a thermistor part 24 is greatly reduced. This is because of the promotion of disturbance caused by the rapid shrinkage of the flow at the holes 30 at the faces 22 and 23, improvement in the mixing degree by the fine division of hot water and water through holes 30 and the stirring promotion effect caused by collision of hot water and water by means of faces 22 and 23.
