<p>PURPOSE:To attempt to realize low power consumption and comparative miniaturization, and improve quick action and increase productivity by forming a cathode sleeve and the metalic part of a base from an integrated body different kinds of metals. CONSTITUTION:A cathode sleeve 23 and the matalic part 23a of a base are formed from an integrated body of different kinds of metals. Said sleeve is formed from a clad material consisting of a first alloy layer containing Cr and a second alloy layer mainly composed of Ni by selectively etching the both ends to remove the second layer and to form a blackening surface, making the central part thereof the metal part of said base.</p> |
