PURPOSE:To suppress the distortion of the printed image in the upper part of a relief having a laminated structure and to uniformize the deposition of ink by specifying respectively the thicknesses and hardnesses of the upper part and lower part of the relief. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive resin plate is formed by laminating the cured photosensitive resin layer consisting of the relief upper part 1 and relief lower part 2 on a base 3. The hardness H1 of the upper part 1 of such plate, the hardness H2 of the lower part 2, the thickness l1 of the upper part 1, and the thickness l2 of the lower part 2 respectively satisfy the relations; 5 deg.<=DELTA(H1-H2)<=20 deg.; 35 deg.<=H1<=55 deg.; 0.2mm<=l1<=3.0mm; l1/l2<=0.5. The printed bars are larger in width if the hardness difference between the two parts is below 5 deg.. The ink deposition is not enough if the difference exceeds 20 deg.. The effect of preventing the increase of the bar width is not enough if the hardness H1 is below 35 deg. and the ink is increasingly hazed if said hardness exceeds 55 deg.. The effect of absorbing the printing pressure is not enough if the thickness l1 is below 0.2mm and the effect of preventing the increase of the bar width decreases if the thickness exceeds 3.0mm. |
