PURPOSE:To enable the difference in temperature between upper section blow-off air and lower section blow-off air to be large during bilevel mode to obtain a comfortable air-conditioned condition, by providing, in a cold and hot air mixing chamber, an air guider which is inclined toward an change-over damper during bilevel mode. CONSTITUTION:The rate of mixing between hot air heated by a heat-exchanger 4 and cold air bypassing the heat-exchanger 4 is adjusted by means of a temperature adjusting damper 3. A change-over damper for distributing air is disposed downstream of a cold air mixing chamber 6, and an air guide part 7A which extends to the front end side of the air guider 12 is formed in the change-over damper 7. With this arrangement both of the air guider 12 and the change-over damper 7 divide the mixing chamber 6 into substantially two parts during bilevel mode, and therefore the main stream of cold air is blown off from an upper blow-off port 9 while the main stream of hot air is blown off from a lower blow-off port 10. |
