PURPOSE:To permit a vibration both to be easily regulated and to be stabilized, by providing a piezo-electric porcelain, which extends and contracts by a load of voltage, in the vicinity of curved points of a leaf spring to its point end from its intermediate part. CONSTITUTION:A leaf spring 16, in the vicinity of its curved points 13, 14 to the point end from the intermediate part, mounts a piezo-electric porcelain 8, serving as a vibrating source 7, to both obverse and reverse sides or two sheets of the porcelains to one side. Or the porcelain 8 is mounted respectively sheet by sheet in the vicinity of both the curved points. In this constitution, AC voltage, if it is applied to the piezo-electric porcelain 8, extends the one piezo-electric porcelain 8 while contracts the other in accordance with the polarity of the voltage. Accordingly, the leaf spring 16 laterally alternately generates a flexing vibration in accordance with the voltage. By this constitution, it is only required that the leaf spring 16 is used for at least either the conventional elastic supporter or elastic member mounting the piezo-electric porcelain to be connected with a controller, and the constitution is simplified enabling the vibration to be easily regulated further to be stabilized.
