PURPOSE:To form a device into simplified constitution, by providing plural outgoing ports in one part of a rack in a rotary range of rotary scrapers and connecting the outgoing port with its bottom conveyer through each chute. CONSTITUTION:Rotary scrapers 10 are provided so as to move on the upper surface of a rack 3 in the bottom part of a silo main unit 1. A ring 12, which rotates each rotary scraper 10, is rotated along a guide by a driving gear 11. Outgoing ports 15 are opened halfway the rotary range of the rotary scraper 10, and the upper is covered by closing members 18. The closing member 18 connects a slope of inverted truncated-cone shape of the silo main unit 1 with the slope of a cone 5. The closing member 18 provides its upper surface to be tilted so that a bulk material can move to a side of the rotary scraper 10. A distance from the end part of the closing member 18 to the end part of the outgoing port 15 is provided larger than a length of the bulk material by its angle of rest so that the bulk material is prevented from its outflow when the rotary scraper 10 is stopped.
