PURPOSE:To improve the security such as copying prevention by obtaining a system constitution to store and execute an application program in an electronic card having a circuit constitution to bus-link a memory to a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:External equipment 4 transmits the starting command of an application program to an electronic card 1 through an external data bus 5 and an external control bus 6. The control program in a control program area 10 detects the command and starts the application program in an application program area 11. Since a memory 3 is bus-linked to a microprocessor 2, the program stored into the memory 3 can be executed by the microprocessor 2. In controlling a control program, the method that the contents of the application program area 11 can be never read or the contents can be read only after the password known by a special person only is collated is used. Thus, the security such as the copying prevention comes to be very firm. |
