PURPOSE:To take out a part one by one in an equal attitude, by rotating a rotary structure, consisting of two sheets of discs, in a part receiving vessel of cylindrical shape, whose center axis is fixed tilting to a bed frame, and lifting the part by a stirring vane to be dropped into the rotary structure and discharged. CONSTITUTION:A part receiving vessel 3 is charged inside with many parts 40, and a rotary structure, connected through a driving shaft 21, is rotated by starting a motor 20. Then the part 40, which is forcedly lifted along a peripheral wall 4 by a stirring vane 11, drops one after another into the rotary structure 10 from a hollow part 12. And the part is placed being laid down into a clearance which is formed by a hollow disc 13 and a disc 14 being a little wider than the thickness of the part 40. The part 40, which is placed between two sheets of the discs 13, 14, is lifted along the peripheral wall 4 in the rotary structure 10 in accordance with its rotation, and the part, if it reaches a discharge port 5, drops one by one by dead weight to a takeout port 31 along a chute 30. In this way, the part can be discharged in an equal attitude by using a device simplifying its constitution.
